What services are provided to the member?

How is the rebate* calculated?
Member rebates* can be calculated quite easily – just multiply the real estate agent’s commission on the sale price of the home by 20%. For example, if your member is purchasing or selling a home for $400,000 and use an approved agent from the CU Realty network, the member’s rebate* would be $2,400 (example based on the assumption that the agent earned a 3% commission).
How can the rebate* be used?
The rebate* is awarded at the close of escrow, once the member completes a quality of service survey. It can be used to reduce the overall cost of the home and closing costs, or taken as cash.
What steps are required to participate?
There are three easy steps for the member to complete:- Register: Register online at www.curealty.com

- Select an Agent: Select a Realtor® from our pre-approved network of agents.
- Close & Save: When the member buys or sells real estate using one of our agents, they qualify to receive their rebate* at close of escrow.
