The Credit Union's Voice Response system is an easy-to-use, menu-driven service that gives you 24-hour access to your Credit Union accounts through a touch-tone telephone.
With Voice Response, you can make confidential transactions and inquiries whenever it's convenient.
Call 202-212-6672 in the U.S. for 24-hour access to your BFSFCU accounts, loans and credit cards. Check balances, transfer funds, make credit card payments and more.

To obtain a PIN to access your accounts using Voice Response, simply contact the Credit Union at 202-212-6400.
Deposit a check with BFSFCU’s Digital Banking App. Remember to endorse the back of the check and write “For BFSFCU Mobile Deposit only”. Follow the instructions in our Digital Banking app to proceed with the deposit.
